Jewish Learning Fund (JLF) is dedicated to connecting the Jewish community with their Jewish identities through meaningful programming for students and adults alike.

JTeach.ca is dedicated to fighting antisemitism through education. We firmly believe that society can work together to collectively effect the elimination of antisemitism by educating each other on the dangers, of prejudice, hate and discrimination towards all groups of people. Antisemitism is recognized as “the world’s oldest hatred” and can be traced back thousands of years to antisemitic tropes, subjugation, fallacies, and the expulsion of the Jewish people from their homeland.

JTeach.ca is also dedicated to ensuring that the enduring lessons resulting from the atrocities of the Holocaust are never forgotten and never repeated.

JTeach.ca also provides presentations and resources on understanding Judaism.

JTeach Academy offers quality high school credit courses that include Jewish content and are taught by caring & qualified instructors and our smaller class sizes mean that teachers can prioritize the needs of each individual student.

JTeach Academy’s courses are specifically designed to provide the highest quality education combined with a Jewish identity affirming content.

Students have a choice in how they complete their learning. They can attend our Blended Learning classes which alternate online and in person sessions or our Guided Self-Directed Learning classes which students complete independently.

JTeach Academy employs the very best teachers. Our teachers are OCT certified and receive ongoing quality training to ensure that we provide our students with the best opportunities for success.

JTeach Academy believes that learning includes connecting to the world around us in a meaningful way. We partner with Jewish community organizations to ensure that our students have an authentic connection to their Jewish world.

JTeach Academy is authorized by the Ontario Ministry of Education to grant credits towards the completion of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma.

The JTeach Champions Program is a one or two-year program that provides students with the opportunity to learn valuable life skills that can help them to make a positive change in the world. Students will be provided with learning, resources, guidance and support in the design and implementation of constructive means of advocating against Jew hatred & anti-Zionism, and providing Holocaust education, with a focus on peer education initiatives.

Students who are currently in grades 10 or 11 can apply to participate in the program during their 11th or 12th year of high school. Students entering grade 12 can serve as JTeach Champions in their grade 12 year or as college or university students. All students who participate in high school will have the opportunity to continue as a JTeach Champion in college or university with support and additional learning provided.

Students who successfully complete the JTeach Champions Program will be eligible to join the Student Advisory Board and will have the opportunity to influence the overall program in meaningful, constructive ways.
